Cyndy's Story
My passion for cooking started at age 5. Since then, I’ve always loved watching everyone’s faces light up when I serve a homemade dish.
My first real job was cooking in a restaurant, The Robinhood, at age 15. Then at 17, I moved to Chugwater, Wyoming to cook on Quest Ranch. I married a cowboy and moved to the ranch to help run the cattle. I did all the cooking for Brandings. It was such a fun time in my life.
From there, I moved to Laramie, Wyoming where I earned my nursing degree. An accident forced me to leave the profession, so I turned to beauty school in Ft. Collins. My life is one adventure after another!
Now, my present husband and I both cook so we decided to start a food truck business in the Denver metro area. I bought a bus instead of a food truck, just to be different. And so now my dream is coming alive and it’s so much fun! Doing what I love – cooking food the way my Grandmother did – and sharing the feeling of comfort and love.
